Job Description

Guaranteed salary: salary depends on your practical experience and ability to complete the job tasks in proper way.

Job contract: long-term employment contract

Accommodation: provided

Duty time : 40 hours per week.

Travel medical insurance: provided

Vacation: 4 weeks of paid vacation every year after 1st year of work

Requirements for the Candidates:

  • BRICK AND CEMENT MASONRY:
    • Masonry of any structure – masonry reinforced and non-reinforced foundations, building walls, posts, partitions, roofs, arches, vaults and other building structures such as bricks, lightweight concrete blocks, expanded clay blocks, stone;
    • Brick fireplaces, stoves, etc.
    • Perform all kinds of masonry repairs;
    • Reading technical drawings.
  • OTHER TYPE OF REQUIRED MASONRY SKILLS: TILE MASONRY, PLASTERING, DECORATIVE FINISHING, CARPENTRY.
  • TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: OFFICE BUILDINGS, MULTI-APARTMENT BUILDING, SHOPPING MALLS, PRIVATE HOUSES.
  • GOOD ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE: speaking, reading – understanding, writing;
  • EXPERIENCE for MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS;
  • LMV (Light motor vehicle) class driver license;
  • Electrician, plumber, steel fixer experience considered as advantage;
  • GOOD HEALTH;
  • LOYALITY;
  • NO BAD HABITS.
